At the store on Highway 200 with Tristan. He was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as patient! I liked the calm vibe when I came in - very organic with plants and seating areas. So soothing and relaxing. Tristan answered all my questions and assured me of the safety and efficacy of what they offered. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great Location!!

Rude group of people. One nice guy in there asked me to stand near the ATM so I did. Then was treated like I committed a crime by the ladies behind the counter because I “was in the wrong area”. I don’t know why they would treat people that way or what happened to them to put them in that mood but you don’t treat people that way and I will not be back to Surterra. Trulieve better anyways.

I visited the store today for the first time and saw Charlie. He explained that I didn't have enough concentrates on my account to buy the vapes on sale. I called my Dr and got more. I returned to the store and Charlie remembered me. He's great. Very kind. Picked out some vapes for me and suggested I try some keif. I will definitely be back. Thanks!!

This dispensary has quickly become one of my favorites. The staff is both welcoming and extremely knowledgeable that you may find yourself just wanting to hang out there and take it all in! Their kief is outta sight!!
